The River City Sprint


The Inaugural River City Sprint: September, 16 2017.   A race for the recreational paddler who wants a fun taste of racing. This race will be a 1.6-mile course beginning at the Community Boat House on Louisville’s Waterfront Front, paddling around Towhead Island and the Big Four Bridge. The River City Sprint is the third race that day, Mayor’s Cup and Ohio River Dash paddlers start earlier on September 16th. All boats will be considered equal and prizes will be awarded for the fastest finisher (Kayak, Canoe, SUP) under 16, 16-60, and over 60 (on race day).
